Privacy
What this site collects — and what it doesn’t.
This site is built to respect your privacy. No cookies, no analytics, no ads, and no third-party trackers. Here is exactly what happens with data.
In short
The site sets no cookies, uses no Google Analytics or similar, and shows no ads. The only third-party script is Cloudflare Turnstile, the spam check on the “Add your business” form, and it loads only when you open that form. Fonts are served with the site, not pulled from an outside CDN.
Hosting and logs
The site is served by Cloudflare Pages. Like any host, Cloudflare processes technical request data — including IP address, time, page, and browser type — to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks (legitimate interest); Cloudflare’s privacy policy governs this. We keep no visit logs of our own and do not use this data to track individual visitors.
Your settings
Your light/dark theme choice, plus the last weather reading and alert state (so they show instantly), are stored only in your browser (localStorage) and are never sent anywhere. The Transport and Contacts pages are kept in your browser’s cache so they open without a network; the alert state is never cached. Clear the site data and they are gone.
The “Add your business” form
If you submit a business, we receive what you type (name, category, phone, address/link, website, socials, hours, description). The submission waits in Cloudflare storage (R2) until our Telegram bot collects it for manual review, and is then deleted from there — nothing is published automatically. To keep the form free of spam, submissions are capped by a hash of your IP address (a few per minute), and Cloudflare Turnstile checks that you are not a bot. Your IP address itself is never written to storage or sent to Telegram. We may contact you about the submission. To change or remove your listing, just message us.
Weather & air alerts
The live weather (Open-Meteo) and air-raid alert (alerts.in.ua) widgets are refreshed by our server — your browser only talks to our own domain. None of your data is sent to those services. If we cannot confirm the alert state, the widget says “status unavailable” — it never shows “all clear” for something unconfirmed.
Outage notifications
If you turn on 🔔 browser notifications on the Power page, we store the address your browser’s notification service (Google, Mozilla, Apple, or Microsoft) issued for it, its encryption keys, the group you chose, and the page’s language — in Cloudflare storage, with no IP address and no name. Our server sends there only the schedule, its changes, and reminders, encrypted so that only your browser can read them. “Turn off” deletes the record at once; blocking notifications in your browser’s settings deletes it as soon as the notification service reports the address gone. Your browser itself remembers only which group you chose, to draw the button. Notifications in the Telegram bot @prolisky_bot keep your Telegram ID, your groups, and your settings; /stop deletes them all.
Analytics
There is none. The page-view and click counters the site used to keep were switched off on 22 August 2026, when it moved to Cloudflare Pages.
External links
The site links out to Telegram, Google Maps, Instagram, and others. Once you follow such a link, that site’s own privacy policy applies.
